NO REFUNDS - STORE CREDIT ONLY
At Outlash Brand, we currently do not offer refunds. Items may only be returned for store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Return Policy:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 10 days of receiving your order. However, please note that special sale events, final sale items, and certain product categories are not eligible for return.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Once your return is approved, the store credit will be issued. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at your expense, and any related charges will be deducted from your store credit.
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for store credit and use the credit to purchase a replacement.
Sale Items & Final Sale:
All sale items, gift cards, and items marked as FINAL SALE are non-returnable. These items cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly and either offer a return, exchange, or issue store credit based on your preference.
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed, and the store credit is issued. Store credit will only be redeemable at outlashbrand.com. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Black Friday & Sales Events:
Items purchased during Black Friday, holiday sales, or other sales events are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Shipping and Customs:
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. Return shipping should be done using a secure method to avoid damage to the original packaging.
For international returns, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges will be deducted from your store credit. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
Refused Parcels:
Please do not refuse parcels. If a delivery is refused and returned to us, return shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit. If the carrier marks the package as abandoned, no store credit or refund will be issued.
Warranty:
Outlash Brand offers a 90-day warranty on all Products, covering manufacturing defects and quality-related issues. If a defect arises within this period, we will offer an exchange for a replacement. No refunds will be issued for repairs or servicing outside the warranty period.
Purchases from Authorized Retailers:
Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from outlashbrand.com. If you bought your item from another retailer, please refer to their return policy.
