SHIPPING POLICY

At Outlash Brand, we are dedicated to providing top-quality products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to ensure a smooth order process.

Processing Time & Delivery:

·       Canada: Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after processing. During sales events or new product launches, please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery.

·       USA: After processing, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Sales events or new launches may cause delays of 7-10 days.

·       UK: Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days via UPS or 4-9 business days via standard shipping. Sales events or new launches may cause delays of 7-10 days.

·       International: We offer worldwide shipping. After processing, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Sales events and new launches may add 7-10 days to the estimated delivery time.

Please note that processing time may vary depending on order volume. Standard Processing time is 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping:

·       Canada, UK, & USA: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $300 (excluding sale events).

Shipping Carrier & Tracking:
All orders are shipped via 3PL Stallion Express, unless the address is a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO address. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to be updated.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and method chosen. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where items are defective or damaged.

Customs & Import Duties:
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), or other customs fees upon arrival. These charges are your responsibility as the customer. Outlash Brand is not liable for any additional charges imposed by your country’s customs office.

If you refuse a package due to customs charges and it is returned to us, any fees we incur will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed.

Delays Due to Shipping Partners:
Outlash Brand is not liable for any delays caused by our shipping partners. Once your package is with the carrier, it is subject to their delivery timelines and potential delays outside of our control.

Order Status:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@shopoutlash.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
